Also, it has come to my attention that another Flirt was selling one of my files without my permission. I have not interacted with this flirt, but rather have had a sub tell me that he paid for a file which he recognized as my own. Niteflirt credited this sub, which I am grateful for as he should not have had to pay for the file he received – it was my “Desire to Serve” hypnosis file which I have online as one of my free samples. This file can be used by other Masters & Mistresses on their slaves as the “serve” is not specific to Me or anyone else (if any other Flirts read this and have subs into hypnosis); however, it can NOT be sold – this Flirt has no right to profit off my hard work, or to charge a sub for something that is online for free. I am cautious about publicly posting a name but for all I know, he has also taken other files from other Masters, so I will just mention it once with the caveat that he might have other great stuff – and I welcome comments, good or bad, from subs who have worked with him – but in case it’s not his own work, “buyer beware.”  The profile in question is Arrogant Supreme Alpha on Niteflirt. Again, I have not interacted with him, all I know is that a sub paid for a file and received one of my free sample mp3s.  And should Arrogant Supreme Alpha read this, just don’t be a dick man and only sell the work you’ve created. I have known of Flirts that have googled images of big dicks and sold those images as their own and things like that, but to sell something so identifiable as my hypnosis where people might recognize my voice/etc.? Just don’t do it man. Make your own stuff, do shows, whatever – but MY stuff IS COPYRIGHTED. Even the ones I have put up online for free are copyrighted.

And in case it’s just a misunderstanding about what works are copyrighted … I used to work in marketing. I know about copyright. If you google image something and think you find an image free – WRONG. The image holder still holds the copyright unless it says otherwise that it is in public domain/etc. Bloggers have been sued big bucks because they used a photo they found – it’s why I’ve always tried playing it safe with my blogs (my fitdimwit stories always used photos from affiliates I had signed up with, for example). So maybe this guy is clueless rather than had bad intent … who knows, I haven’t chatted with him.
