I am pretty good at keeping my hypnosis aspects separate. September is Self-Improvement Month. It’s certainly something I’ve been working on, not just this month but always, in trying to get more fit, etc. Hypnosis of course is a great way to help with that, and something I’m quite good at as I help others become motivated for fitness as well.
