I know it’s been a couple weeks, and part of that is because I’ve been hard at work redoing my musclemesmerizer site for mainstream fitness motivation. Hopefully soon I’ll get these sites updated as well, though still plenty to write, record, edit. Of course, I’m still having sessions even when I don’t get a chance to post.
